Super Seed Mix

Have you ever had a food so nourishing that your body craves it almost daily? The Super Seed Mix is that for me, and I bet if you try it you’ll become a Super Seed junkie too. Why? Because once your body absorbs the nutritional punch provided here, it’ll be begging for more.

I mostly sprinkle this mix on avocado toast, salads and cooked veggies, but I admit it’s so delicious sometimes I just toss a spoonful straight into my mouth.

Notes

Include any combo of spices you love. I’ve been adding ground sea salt, cumincoriandercayenne and paprika.
Seaweed flakes can be added for iodine and other minerals.
Black pepper makes turmeric exponentially more beneficial and should be added whenever you are consuming it. I did not add black pepper to this mix because it is already in my salad dressing and often already added to my food. If this is not the case for you, please include it in your mix.
