Hi, I’m Caitilin Twain. I’m a teacher and mentor to people wanting to get well for once and for all.
My unique teaching style is the result of my own battle with chronic Lyme Disease and a thyroid disorder. I know what it is to feel stuck, to worry that my illness will truly be chronic, that I’ll never again have the health I once took for granted.
When I was 19 years old I was bitten by a tick that took me on a long and often painful healing journey. I made loads of mistakes, mostly in the form of blindly following the advice of doctors, then health gurus. I followed many fad health diets, took the latest miracle supplements.
I did all this without knowing how to check in with the source that really knew what was required – my own body.
Once I really tuned into my body and let it tell me what it needs, I began to truly repair and rebuild. I assembled an amazing team of doctors and healers who respected my agency in my healing journey. And I embarked on years of studying yoga therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, nutrition, and the mind-body connection.
Using what I learned to heal myself and in my capacity as a yoga teacher I’ve helped those fighting cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, diverticulitis, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain from countless structural and injury-related problems.
I know that recovery from illness and injury requires not just focusing on the pain, but on supporting the body as a whole.

Once you understand that your body is a friend in health, not a foe or a failure, you can work in harmony with it.
We start with a 90-minute private Initial Consult Session to begin identifying the true sources of your pain.
Working with my expertise and a range of high-level transformational techniques I will provide you with the strategies you need to achieve your own unique health goals, adjusting them to meet you exactly where you are in that moment.
And after our session you will be provided with:
– Your personal Azraya Report, with the strategies, changes, and implementation ideas you can start to incorporate into your life immediately for better health
– An account in my Client Portal, where you can access notes and photos from our sessions, a place to log your observations and questions, and a list of recommended tools and resources ready for you to follow along with at any time, any where.
